their Pages where there's now two
different types of Facebook pages a
classic page and then an updated page so
in this tutorial I'll show you how to
determine which type of page you have
and then I will show you how to delete
each type of page so by the end of this
video you'll be able to delete your
Facebook page all right so to get

Delete Classic Facebook Pages
started the first thing we need to do is
simply open up a browser and navigate to
facebook.com and log into our account
once we've logged in go up to the top
right and you want to select this little
dot right here with nine dots in it this
will open the menu and then in the menu
go down under social and select Pages
this is where we can see all the pages
that we manage and here if you have
multiple Pages you might see two
different sections first you'll see
updated Pages at the top then if I

scroll down you can see class Pages at
the bottom and first I'll show you how
to delete a classic page on Facebook so
if you see your page labeled classic
page then what you want to do is go
ahead and follow these instructions so
to get started with deleting this
classic Facebook page I'm going to
select the Facebook page once the page
loads all I want to do in the left side
under manage page is scroll all the way
down once you see settings select settings
and then in the settings we just want to
scroll all the way down and you'll see
remove page go to the right and select

edit next to remove page and then in
here we can select permanently delete
this page go ahead and select that give
it a confirmation keep in mind there is
no way to recover your page after you've
deleted it but once you're ready to
permanently delete your Facebook page
select delete and then your Facebook
page will be deleted now if you have an
Delete Updated Facebook Pages
updated Facebook page and you want to
delete that we'll open up the menu again
like we did at the beginning of this
video go back to Pages then you just
want to find your page in this list select that page
it may give you a little thing right
here that says review changes to your
page I just exit out of that one of the
things they've done recently with the
updated pages is you can actually switch

to acting as that page rather than
acting as your Facebook account so in
order to order to actually delete this
page we need to switch to that page and
you can tell if you've switched to It or
Not by scrolling down in the left menu
and you'll see switch to the Page's name
and to switch all we need to do is go
open on the top right select your
account icon up here and then you might
just be able to select the little switch
button but if not go into see all
profiles and select that page as your
new profile you'll then switch to that page
and then once we've switched that page
what you want to do Under the edit
button right here select these little
three dots and we want to select page
and tagging settings once page and
tagging settings open up go open the
left sidebar and you'll see Facebook

page information select that then on
Facebook page information at the bottom
we'll see deactivation and deletion all
we need to do is Select View
we can then decide how we want to delete
our Facebook page either temporarily or
permanently so select that accordingly
select continue and go through those
steps so that you can then delete your Outro
Facebook page so that's how you delete a
